At Microsoft I am member of the global Microsoft Ventures Team and responsible for Microsoft´s startup activities in Germany. I also built the Microsoft Ventures Accelerator in Berlin and the Customer Access Program (CAP) for startups. Prior to that, I co-founded an investment and consulting firm in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Since startups are my world, I founded, invested in and consulted startups throughout my career. I have a master’s degree in business administration with distinction from Cologne University.
