People love having pets. And this became even more crucial during the COVID-pandemic, when people were isolated from one another. In this time pet ownership increased by 250 % and today every third household owns at least one pet. But most pet owners underestimate pet ownership and excitement turns quickly into despair. As a pet owner you need to know where to go for food, health issues, training, and where to bring your pet when you’re on vacation. Short: you need a village to raise your pet. And mytayls is the digital village. The village, where pet owners get access to the best service provider around them and manage their pet ownership 24/7. And where pet service providers get tools to turn their businesses into the digital world and to manage their work better. By providing a digital solution, mytayls empowers pet lovers to have an easy and joyful life, protects and supports animal welfare by tackling the problems of pet ownership with a lifespan solution and bringing communities together. Together with our first design partners, we’ve developed our first prototype for Berlin, helped them to get new customers, onboarded their customers, and receive digital bookings. By the end of September, we plan to launch our first app prototype.
