Fachkraft1

With a technology-driven platform approach, Fachkraft1 helps companies to counteract their shortage of qualified professionals.

Fachkraft1, founded in 2020, supported by the European Social Fund and headquartered in the heart of Berlin, is intended to make a significant contribution to reducing the shortage of healthcare professionals in Germany.
With the vision "Seamless global mobility of qualified professionals" and a technology-driven platform approach, Fachkraft1 helps companies to counteract their shortage of skilled workers with training, recruitment and integration from third countries.
Fachkraft1 is intended to become the recognized service-as-a-software solution for German companies in all industries with bottlenecked professions, starting with in the healthcare sector, and professionals in third countries, creating a win-win-win situation:
Employers gain linguistically and technically qualified professionals in an uncomplicated way, foreign skilled workers are given professional and personal perspectives and the countries of origin benefit by a relief of their labour market.
For many industry insiders, this is unfortunately not yet a matter of course: We exclusively partner with countries that have a surplus of skilled workers, fairly and 100% transparent.
In this way, we ensure for all sides that undesirable side effects such as, in particular, the exploitation of professionals are avoided.
