We develop "Chatbots that understand". Based on deep linguistic analysis (NLU), they outperform machine-learning-based chatbots on key criteria such as understanding questions, context awareness, reuse, and expandability. We scale through building reusable template bots, working with partners with strong distribution and/or implementation capabilities, and a proprietary architecture that enables continuous accumulation of knowledge and accelerates development over time. Our current customers are in banking, insurance, mobility and employee services. Our strategic priority is to build alliances with companies with strong customer relationships and implementation capabilities.
