The bank has a really long meeting which effects high labor costs and an advisor with specific knowledge wherefore cross-selling is not really possible. Moreover we might expect that the private customer has to free the morning to reach this time consuming meeting. But the private customer do not get an entire financial recommendation. He is limited by opening hours and personal resources.
