The bank has a really long meeting which effects high labor costs and an advisor with specific knowledge wherefore cross-selling is not really possible. Moreover we might expect that the private customer has to free the morning to reach this time consuming meeting. But the private customer do not get an entire financial recommendation. He is limited by opening hours and personal resources.

We create an unique UX story with really simple and easy understandable explanations for a really complex topic - finance. You get an advise immediately while you can close the deal directly on the mobile devise. Moreover we are still a member of the Postbank IdeasLab wherefore we can test it with real customer and a participant of the 12 Batch at the Axel Springer Plug & Play Accelerator.
