Prof. Janina Sundermeier is Assistant Professor for Digital Entrepreneurship & Diversity at the Department of Information Systems at Freie Universität Berlin. Her interdisciplinary research focuses on toxic leadership, diversity in entrepreneurial teams, digital transformation of workplaces and scaling of AI ventures. To transfer her insights into practice, she co-founded the Digital Entrepreneurship Hub and the Hello Diversity! Studio as well as the podcast of the same name.
