Mihri is the co-founder of Beams - a software product helping people navigate their work day with more focus and less stress. Before founding her own startup, she was the Head of Mobile Engineering at a mobility start-up in Berlin. She is experienced on tech hiring, product team building. She developed, deployed and maintained numerous products ranging from mobile applications for banking / e-commerce / wallet, databases and web services. She moved from Istanbul/Turkey to Berlin 7 years ago and she is an active member of local tech communities.
