Lela Grießbach was born and raised in Georgia. She completed her master's degree in marketing and sales in Germany. She is a qualified trainer for intercultural communication and advises immigrant women interested in founding a company on topics relevant to business start-ups. In addition, Lela Grießbach works as a university lecturer for sustainability, diversity management and change communication. She is a mother of two small children and is pursuing a part-time doctorate in the field of entrepreneurial diversity.
