His love for startups and the world of finance was awakened by his studies at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. This inspired Konstantin Koolen to found the HR startup YoungHeads and take part in a FinTech startup while studying in Frankfurt. He participates voluntarily in the organization of the Startup Safari FRM. He is the head of the Frankfurt School Golf Initiative and plays golf at national league level.
