Frederik Görtelmeyer is co-founder and CEO at Cultway, a SaaS tool that allows to create multimedia content for onboarding, training and internal communication. Previously, he worked for several years as a strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and as a user experience designer and researcher at SAP and Deutsche Telekom. Frederik has studied Psychology and Human-Computer Interaction in Heidelberg, Berlin and Sydney. Additionally, he learned Design Thinking at the Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam and, as a coach, has advised various companies on topics such as employee engagement, recruiting and workspace design.
