I’m getting excited when empathising with people's needs, ideating, conceptualising and building purposeful high-performing organisations. Finding effective solutions, where others see no way is a strong suit. I’m most effective, leading and creating in non-hierarchical and communicative environments and teams.

For the last 10 years I’ve been working in innovation-focussed and venture building environments in corporates as well as as a freelance Venture Developer / Architect and Design Thinking Coach. Projects focussed on digital innovation with a purpose and clients included companies like Audi, Deutsche Telekom, Deutscher Fußball Bund, Covestro, Europace and KauriCAB.
