As head of diversity management at Aivy, Alexandra lives and breathes all topics revolving around diversity engagement. She studied business administration and linguistics at the University of Mannheim and the Sorbonne Université, where she acquired a strong experience in research on corporate social responsibility and diversity management. In 2021, Alexandra was a finalist in the Digital Female Leader Award and in 2022 she was a nominee in the Impact of Diversity Award.
