Sebastian Pitzler has worked for ERGO since 2001 in various positions at the interface between IT and insurance.
In recent years, Pitzler has specialised in strategy, innovation and digitalisation and has been Head of ERGO Digital Labs since 2015. He´s been responsible for the establishment and expansion of this innovation laboratory in the Berlin start-up scene. Since 2018 Pitzler has been Managing Director of InsurLab Germany e.V. the platform for networking insurance companies and InsurTech startups in Germany and part of the de:hub initiative.
Pitzler completed his Executive MBA in Innovation and Business Creation at the TUM School of Management.
