Sebastian Heithoff is Manager Marketing and Communications at Cologne-based InsurTech PBM Personal Business Machine AG. He combines five years of experience in digital marketing with five years in the insurance industry and has a strong interest in the digital enablement of insurance intermediaries. Since May 2018, he has been responsible at PBM for making the company's mission visible to the outside world and representing the company together with the Management Board. PBM offers a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) solution based on secure and DSGVO-compliant infrastructure. The declared mission is to lead customer communication, which has been neglected for decades, into the 21st century.
