Elly Hardwick is Head of Innovation at Deutsche Bank, responsible for leading the bank’s innovation activities and managing the Deutsche Bank Labs globally.

Working at the intersection of technology and financial services, Elly works closely with fintechs and Deutsche Bank’s business divisions to discover, evaluate and drive the adoption of innovations that will shape the future of banking.

Elly was the founding CEO of the fintech start-up Credit Benchmark prior to joining Deutsche Bank, where she led the company to be the independent source for wholesale credit risk data and analytics. Her career experience includes roles with Thomson Reuters, Morgan Stanley and the UK Department of Trade and Industry.

She holds an undergraduate degree from Cambridge University and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
